PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER DATA TO ANYONE. The following
outlines our privacy policy:
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT. HOW WE USE IT.
Users contacting this website and/or its owners do

personal details requested at their own risk. Your
personal information is kept private and stored

required or has no use, then it is deleted and

they do so at their own risk.
Notarization details are entered into a secured
physical Notary Journal for record-keeping
compliance set forth by the Signing
Professionals Workgroup Notary and Signing
Agent Code of Conduct and Standards of Practice.
These details include the client's signature for
future comparison and proof of appearance before the
Notary. Entries are obfuscated between clients to
ensure no personal data is visible. Notary Journals
are only accessible by court subpoena and law
enforcement, and certified copies of specific
entries must be requested in writing by someone with
knowledge of the date of the Notarization in
question and be directly involved with the event.
This website and its owners use any information
submitted to provide you with further information
about the services they offer or to assist you in
answering any questions or queries you may have
submitted.

once the user's inquiry has been answered. Client

electronically. Any remaining physical documents are
obfuscated and immediately shredded. Borrower
documents are stored electronically for no more than
five business days after their appointment, until
their loan transaction has been completed. After
five business days, the electronic documents are
then deleted and wiped.
We will make readily available to customers
information about our policies and practices
relating to the management of personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in
accordance with these principles in order to ensure
